Thermo cover, insulated covers for barrels for liquid protection against frost

Usage

The insulated thermo cover for barrels is specially produced according to the dimensions of the barrel. The thermo cover or insulated cover is being used to maintain the temperature of the liquid or fluid goods in the barrel during its storage or during transport. Specially when the barrel is used for conditioned liquids like water based paints which need protection against freezing temperatures.

The thermo covers or insulated covers for barrels are made out of strong yet light weight materials so they can provide a long duration of life. Supermarkets and transport companies who are using the thermo covers experience a lifetime between 3 and 5 years.

Water resistant and cleanable

The used foils in the thermo covers for barrels are water resistant so they can be easily cleaned which is important for the hygiene when the cover is used for food or pharmaceutical goods.

  Insulating TIPS
 1. Avoid cold bridges: close the cover good
 2. Avoid hot air in the cover with cold products
     = Bring-on the cover in the cold storrage
 3. A pre-chilled cover gives better results
 4. The cover needs to reaches the ground
     = no temperature losses under the pallet
 5. An insulated bottom gives better results
     = One-way insolation = (see Insulation )
