| Usage
of insulated thermal partition walls |
|
Insulated
or thermal partition walls are walls which
are implemented with an insulation
material to be used in conditioned or
refrigerated trailers or trucks to divide
the total temperature controlled
environment in the trailer or truck into
compartments so different temperatures can
be created in the trailer. Thermal
partition walls are also used to increase
the cooling volume of the truck or
trailer. If the trailer is only filled
with goods for 50% it is unnecessary to
cool down the total trailer. Therefore a
partition wall can be used to create a
barrier behind the 50% loaded goods so the
trailer is only cooled for 50% resulting
in huge energy savings.

| Coolfix
thermal partition wall |
|
The
coolfix thermal partition wall is an
insulated wall for refrigerated trailers
and trucks for creating different
temperature compartments. The cooflix
thermal partition wall is produced out of
a high insulation material and has a
thickness of ca 7cm. The coolfix has a
weight of ca 30kg so it can be moved
easily. The wall can be folded in the
middle which makes it easy to carry and
therefore also functions as a door opening
meaning that the wall does not need to be
dismounted at the unloading of the goods.
The coolfix thermal partition wall has
rubber sealing systems on the sides so it
closes totally against the walls of the
trailer preventing an air flow between the
compartments. The front and the back of
the partition wall are produced with solid
light weight plates which makes the wall
hard and robust yet flexible to use. The
bottom of the wall has ever more solid
plates so the loading and unloading with
fork lifters does not damage the wall.

strong as the cool fix. To prevent
that you have to send the wall to a
specialist for repair what will cost
time and money, the cool fix is specially
produced so can easily make repairs yourself. |
