| Foldable
crates with insulation material |
|

|
|
Crates
or foldable crates are often
used to transport food
products like chilled food,
meat, fish, vegetables, fruits
or forzen food. To protect
these products against heat
temperatures, Krautz has
developed a special insulation
with integrated bags in the
top for ice packs or gel packs
to maintain the temperature of
the food products. |
|
|
|
This
insulstion is tailor made according the
existing crates or foldable crates. Also
the insulation quality can be produced
according the needs or wishes.

Bags
in the top for ice packs
|
|
|
| Why
bags? |
|
The
insulation for the foldable or
standard crates has two
integrated bags in the top of
the insulation for placing ice
packs. With these ice packs
you can controll and determine
the temperature results for an
optimal result. |
|
|
|
Why the
bags against the roof?
|
|
Usually
ice packs are placed together with the
chilled products. This can give problems,
certainly when frozen ice packs (-18°C)
are place with chilled products. The
temperature of the ice packs is to cold
for the chilled products so if the ice
pack touches the chilled products, the
cold temperature can damage the chilled
products. Therefore the insulation has two
bags in the top or roof of the bag so the
ice packs do not touch the chilled food
products.

The
Ti-vel ice pack is a unique ice pack that can be
frozen for chilled temperatures and heated for
warm temperatures. The size is A4 so it has a big
coverage over the goods. The Ti-vel is flexible,
even frozen and can be cut to size. |
