| TEMAX
insulation as multilayer thermal blankets
|

Temax
insulation is an insulated multilayer thermal blanket which is used as a flexible
and light weight thermal blanket in the transport AIR - SEA
- ROAD of
temperature sensitive goods as pharmaceuticals, perishables,
chemicals, etc... The Temax multilayer thermal blanket is
functioning as a passive cooling system meaning that its
goal is to protect the temperature of the temperature
sensitive products against outer temperatures during the
shipment or transport. If the required temperature during
the shipment can be maintained is depending on a
various of variables in which the insulation quality
determines the loss of thermal energy. To offer
maximal thermal protection the
TEMAX multilayer thermal blankets are foreseen with
different insulation techniques for resistance against the heat transfer factors as
radiation, convection and conduction. |

As
said before the Temax multilayer thermal blankets or
insulation are used in temperature - time sensitive
transport and distribution, yet as you will probably
understand, no temperature time transport situation is the
same. Each transport is different and has different
circumstances. Or the outer temperatures are different, or
the product temperatures are different, or the mass / volume
is different, the type of product is different, the location
and type of the outer heat source is different, etc… This
means that each shipment or different transport requires a
different protection or insulation in order to create the
most ideal protection and cost effective way
of transport. |
