According to this protocol two insulated thermo blankets are needed
which are placed in a
cross-format on the pallet on
which the time-temperature
sensitive goods are loaded.

Usage

insulation, a Temax scissor and Temax tape
(10cm width). That's all.

Protocol
CROSS at customer
According
to this protocol Euro and US Block pallets
are wrapped with insulated thermo blankets
to protect the temperature of temperature
sensitive products against unwanted external
or outer temperatures.
The
insulated thermo blankets are delivered tailor
made to the pallet size or can be cut from the
standard rolls. The insulated thermal blankets are
used to wrap a pallet for temperature protection.
To do this the bottom, roof and sides are wrapped
in which it is important that all possible cold
bridges are closed to create an ideal temperature
preservation. The insulation quality and art of
wrapping is depending on the required temperature
preservation.

Closing
the cold bridges
In
order to achieve a good temperature preservation it is
very important that no convection flow or air flow can
take place from the outside to the inside of the pallet
/ goods. Therefore it is important that all potential
cold bridges are closed meaning that all the overlaps of
the insulation material need to be taped / sealed with
tape. It is advisable to use the special TEMAX tape
(width 10cm) and tape dispenser to do this. Due to the
width of 10cm the sealing can be done very fast and
efficient. If you need to cut the insulation we would
advise you to use the special TEMAX industrial scissor
which has a big opening and is very strong which makes
it easy to cut the standard 3,5cm thickness of the
insulation material. In short, do you want to work fast
and efficient, please use the Temax additional work
tools.

are protected from unwanted external outer temperatures. The Temax
