| Usage |
|
Strip
doors or strip curtains are PVC
strips which are placed on the
backdoor of a refrigerated trailer
to prevent cold or chilled
temperatures from floating out of
the trailer during the loading or
unloading the chilled goods. The
strip doors or strip curtains are available
in different models
according to the wishes of the
customer. The most used strip door
is the 2-part model which is being
produced in two parts in which the
left or right part can be moved from
left to right so it creates an
opening for the driver to unload the
goods, yet keep the half of the
backdoor of the trailer protected.

Movable strip door
or curtain
|
 |
The
movable strip door or curtain is mounted on a rail system
which are fitted against the sealing
or roof of the trailer. The strip doors then
move to the front or back in the trailer so they
follow the quantity of the loaded goods. |
|
|
In
this way, the strip door or curtain
operates as a movable partition
wall. The more goods that are being
unloaded, the more the strip door is
being moved to the front of the
trailer. The big advantage of this movable
system is that is prevents
the cold air from the cooler engine
to be blown in the total trailer
when the trailer is only filled for
a half. |

the trailer so the wall will have a
maximum and ideal fit against the
wall of the trailer.
