The
insulated cover or thermo cover with split or
one closure is used to maintain
the temperature of temperature controlled goods
like refrigerated or frozen foods which are
loaded on a pallet. Seeing the
easy-to-use design of this thermo cover with split,
this model is mostly used when the thermo cover is immediately
removed from the pallet on delivery at
the customer and taken back to the distribution
point.
The thermo cover is tailor made for euro
pallets, block pallets or other sizes
and can be produces for one-way
purposes like for example air
freight or re-usable for
logistics and distribution.
Foldable
flaps for vorklifters on thermo covers
Pallets
are being moved by fork-lifters and other
devices. This means that forks may
penetrate the insulated thermo cover when the
cover is hanging over the pallet. To
prevent the thermo cover from being damaged, the
location points of the forks have been
produced with foldable flaps.
This means
that these flaps, which are a part of the
insulated cover, will fold-up when the
forks penetrate the pallet.

VIW
Height regulation system on thermo covers
The
VIW system is a specially designed height regulation
system for the thermo covers. Special Velcro straps which are implemented in the roof
of the cover make it possible to adjust
the cover according to the height of the
goods loaded on the pallet. This gives the
big advantage that only one cover is
needed for different pallet heights.

duration of life of thermo covers
The
thermo covers are made out of strong
yet light weight materials so they
can provide a long duration of life.

Water
resistant and cleanable of thermo
covers
The
used foils in the thermo covers are
water resistant so they can be
easily cleaned which is important
for the hygiene when the cover is
used for food or pharmaceutical
goods.

trace of thermo covers
If
the cover is used for one way or re-usable purposes the cover can be
provided with several tracking and
tracing systems as unique numbers,
barcode or RFID technologies. Krautz
